Job Description

• Welcome customer and collect customers order


• Enlight customer of available food


• Bill customers order and print receipt


• Establish professional customerrelationships


• Secure opportunities to quote and follow up on quotes


• Secure orders from existing and potential customers


• Maintain a high degree of technical expertise through product


• Ensuring that your customers’ facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained by demonstrating safe equipment use


• Work with FSR’s on closing leads in a timely manner


• Emphasize product/service features and benefits.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School / Equivalent - Required


• One years previous inside sales or customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.


• Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment


• Must have good customer service and time management skills.
