  • The candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees’ skills and performance.


Responsibilities



  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.

  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.

  • Develop a wide variety of training methods.

  • Plan and manage training budget.

  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.


Qualifications



  • B.Sc Degree in any Social Science with 10 years relevant working experience with the last 5 years in a similar position as advertised.

  • Candidate should be proficient in the use of Micro Office Word.
