Job Responsibilities



  • Receives customer's complaints and questions

  • Give clients information about production and services

  • Take client's orders, process production, material specification and give a delivery report

  • Raise requests for materials needed as approved with clients from vendors

  • Work with the Operations team, Design team, and installers to see completion of projects

  • Keep records of customers data, interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

  • Provide feedback and progress reports to clients on project processes

  • Ensure projects are completed, schedule walk through with clients and endorse completion forms

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 4 years work experience.
