Location: Ogere, Ogun State, Nigeria.

Main Job Purpose:

• Responsible for the coordination of maintenance technicians ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently and timely

Role and Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules repairs


• Supervises shift maintenance employees


• Conduct preventative maintenance.


• Maintains inventory of equipment


• Responds to maintenance requests


• Performs maintenance work as needed


• Supervise and train subordinates


• Coordinates daily maintenance activities


• Maintains maintenance records, reports and checklist


• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment


• High technical skill and acumen


• Ensure to escalate to technical head, maintenance issues on a timely basis


• Coordinate and assign maintenance duties to team members


• interfacing with store for request, documentation and storage of spares


• Responsible for the safe keeping and handling of maintenance tools


• Other maintenance functions assigned by the Management.

Requirements for the role

• Up to five (5) years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment


• Strong leadership skill to ensure cohesive work unit


• Technically sound with an understanding of the plant’s machinery


• Problem solver


• Good communications skills


• Good grasp of time management


• Eye for detail


• OND or NTC in an Engineering Discipline

Salary Range (Monthly net)

N150,000 – N200,000
