Duties & Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for all the system & service alarm monitoring, alarm management, network management systems, customer support for all network elements including network improvement.
- Resolution of escalation faults as per the defined escalation matrix. Providing change request, maintenance and new link delivery support to the network and customer issues.
- Provide backend support to internal (Field engineers) as well as to external clients during the setup of new circuits and during fault resolution.
- Provide technical reports and details to support fault analysis and management reporting; network faults analysis, root cause analysis and network performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 1 (one) year experience.
- Knowledge of IP/MPLS, microwave and fiber optics technology
- Good oral and written communication skills.
