Job Description

• We're seeking a talented and organized HR Manager to join our team in Oke-Bola, Ibadan.


• You'll be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, training, & employee relations.


• Manage payroll & benefits administration.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulations.


• Foster a positive & productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in HR or related field (minimum of 3 years experience)


• Proven experience in HR with strong working knowledge of Nigerian labor law.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills.
