Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensures the achievement of the KPIs set in terms of MTTR & TAT in resolving customer’s complaints.


• Handle all escalations from customers for prompt resolutions


• Provide customer support to internal and external clients that require physical intervention.


• Involved in the integration of new circuits on the network


• Provide technical reports and details to support fault analysis and management reporting; network faults analysis, root cause analysis and network performance.


• Ensure timely and quality delivery of new links implementation


• Ensure timely and accurate feedback of RFOs/ETRs/RCAs to clients within the agreed timeline.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field.


• Minimum of 1 (one) year experience.


• Knowledge of IP / MPLS, microwave and fiber optics technology


• Good oral and written communication skills.
