Job Purpose

• Scouting for partners and growing an extensive database of partners for the business, spanning across different regions. Management of partner pipeline database across the different locations, conversion of the partners into active partners, recruiting a diverse range of partners (structured, unstructured, semi-structured) with the best possible rates

Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing for trucks and partners on the field, negotiating best rates


• Partner pipeline management


• New Partner Conversion WOW across multiple tiers of partners


• Partner growth, support, and Management by working closely with the team


• Manage pre-mobilization for new partners, onboarding process KYC documentations are submitted before repeat trips.


• Follow up with onboarded partners and ensure regulatory documentations are collected


• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

Person Specification

• Secondary School Leaving Certificate qualification.


• Motivated by the mission of our client


• Negotiation and Sales Skills


• Effective communication skills


• Proactive and willingness to learn


• Fluency in Native Languages (Yoruba or Hausa)
