Key Responsibilities

• Familiarize and implement the procedures as stated in the PM Manual


• Project monitoring in strategically manner


• Generate brief program with PM and meet project deadlines


• Familiar with design of MEP


• Promote energy efficiency and other sustainability issues


• Ensure that all building services meet the technical standards and local authority regulations


• Liaise with service engineers & technicians, surveyors, architectural technologists and other construction professionals


• To be understandable of product/ materials and equipment to be used in various systems


• To be aware of installation methods & correct sequence of work


• Prepare reports, drawings and technical specifications


• Carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary


• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


• Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or similar fields


• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.


• Computer software literacy – MS Office/CAD/MEP design software (optional).

• Understand general knowledge of Project management skills


• Strong communication skill


• Very good at the technical skill


• Have a good working attitude


• English proficiency.

Salary

• N308,000 - N411,000 monthly.
