Job Description



Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and acquire new wholesale customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers.

  • Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products/services.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with wholesale clients.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Provide product training and support to wholesale clients.

  • Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, address customer concerns.

  • Visit 25 outlets daily, make sales calls in cluster markets.

  • Reconcile with distributors daily, start at 7:30 am, end by 5 pm.

  • Achieve Secondary Sales Target, with first visit/call before 9:30 am.

  • Work Monday to Saturday, with incentives based on performance.

  • Report to ASM.


Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior wholesale sales experience

  • Strong understanding of products and competitors' offerings required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to negotiate contracts and prices

  • Capacity to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Ability to manage accounts and track sales activities

  • Must adapt to changing market conditions and work hours.
