Responsibilities



  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and calls.

  • Maintain records and databases, including employee information, inventory, and financial records.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.

  • Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements



  • BSc in any related field.

  • Work experience: at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role

  • Good communication skills and proactive behaviour

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
