A prospective Tier 2 microfinance bank in Lagos area of Ogun State requires the service of a dynamic result-oriented individuals, with proven record of accomplishment, to serve as its Marketing Officers.

Job Description

• Achieve growth within Key Performance Indicators, including liability and risk asset generation, account opening, income generation, and e-banking product offerings.


• Evaluate creditworthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation.


• Monitor active loans and enforce collection and recoveries.


• Develop referral networks and cross-sell products and services.


• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer engagement and service delivery.


• Support the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.


• Grow the Banks client base through Direct Sales Activities to potential customers


• Develop new business opportunities by generating Deposit Liabilities and Fund Mobilization within the MSME and retail market.


• Acquire new clients and expand the customer base


• Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with customers within the retail and MSME segment who need loans and advances to support their business.


• Initiate the development, launching, and sales of new product offerings.

Job Requirement

• Candidates should possess a least an OND with relevant work experience.


• At least 2 years work experience including proficiency in Information Technology (IT).


• Strong interpersonal, good written and oral communication.


• Attention to details and ability to pass a background check


• Candidate must live within or around Ojodu-Berger area.
