Job Description

• Review loan requests and assess clients’ financial status


• Evaluate creditworthiness and risks


• Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation


• Analyse risks and approve or reject loan requests


• Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates)


• Set up payment plans and maintain updated records of loan applications


• Follow up with clients about loan renewals and monitor the progress of existing loans


• Keep daily records (Daily Collection Sheet, Ledger etc)


• Recover default if any from the customer


• Prepare timely report


• Any other function as assigned by the Managing Director

Job Requirement

• B.Sc. in Banking and Finance, Business Admin, Accounting or any numerate disciplines and the Social Sciences.


• At least 2 years work experience.


• Integrity and diligence


• Product knowledge


• Excellent Communication skills, customer service and relationship management


• Target-driven and a team-player


• Computer literacy
