As a Content Creator at Miskay, you will be responsible for developing engaging and innovative content across various platforms, including our website/App, social media channels, and email campaigns. Your primary goal will be to captivate our audience and drive brand awareness while maintaining consistency with our brand identity.



Responsibilities



  • Conceptualize and produce creative content such as photos, videos, and graphics for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience interests.

  • Work closely with our community of influencers and creators, fostering relationships and identifying collaboration opportunities to promote the brand, app, and stores.

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage influencers and creators in co-creating content that showcases our products and drives sales.

  • Ensure a consistent flow of content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok, Linkedin, Threads and others, to maintain a strong online presence.

  • Edit and optimize content using relevant tools and software to ensure high quality and brand consistency.

  • Coordinate and oversee in-house photo and video shoots with models, ensuring all aspects of production are executed smoothly and efficiently.

  • Direct and guide models during shoots to capture compelling content that highlights our products and brand aesthetic while showcasing your creativity.

  • Manage the logistics of the shoot, including scheduling, set design, wardrobe selection, and post-production editing.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content performance and engagement metrics.

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and SEO principles.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
