Review of Firmus Account Transactions on BankOne i.e., for Return cheques/Customers’ Transactions & Follow up on documentation.
Monitor, update and follow up on all Firmus Liability generation.
Phone Calls to Customers & Prospects to understand & plan for the day’s sales
Review the Firmus’ relationship with the customers and the customers’ business operations for the past month basically to ensure customer retention and give feedbacks.
Escalate any issue that may arise in the relationship between customers and Firmus to the Firmus CEO and ensure that you have a winning mindset by taking advantage of any opportunities that could arise.
Understand the customers’ programme for the present month.
Maintain a Fixed Deposit Maturity Schedule and confirm customer’s mandate
for rollover or otherwise at least two weeks to maturity date.
Documentation of Credit Files: Account Officers are expected to review their
customers’ files to ensure that:
They are properly compartmentalized, and documents are filled in the relevant compartments.
Copies of every letter/approval are properly filled.
A history of the relationship is easily obtained by any person that goes through the file

Ensure all reports are done/ submitted on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 0 - 2 years work experience.
