Role Description



  • We are seeking a Head of Technical & Support Services to join our team in Lagos. As the Head of Technical & Support Services, you will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing all technical and support operations.

  • This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for managing various aspects such as project coordination, resource allocation, installation and technical troubleshooting.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales executives and Technicians) to ensure smooth operations and deliver high-quality service to our customers.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the building and construction industry

  • In-depth knowledge of technical and support services processes and best practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire others

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Must live within and around Okota, Isolo.
