We are seeking a Head of Technical & Support Services to join our team in Lagos. As the Head of Technical & Support Services, you will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing all technical and support operations.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for managing various aspects such as project coordination, resource allocation, installation and technical troubleshooting.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales executives and Technicians) to ensure smooth operations and deliver high-quality service to our customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the building and construction industry
In-depth knowledge of technical and support services processes and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire others
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
