Job Description

• We are looking for a competitive Fashion Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire.


• Sales Assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising.


• The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service


• Maintains outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards


• Maintains knowledge of trends, leading practices, in the fashion/sales industry


• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants


• Recommend and display items that match customer needs


• Welcome and greet customers


• Consistent product postings across preferred social media


• Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments


• Keep up to date with product information


• Accurately describe product features and benefits


• Follow all company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in any related field


• 1–3 years’ work experience ina luxury fashion store/house


• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices


• Proficiency in English


• Must be Tech Savvy (Ability to manage retail App)


• Ability to make power point presentation


• Solid communication and interpersonal skills


• Customer service focus


• Must be smart and willing to learn


• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality


• Basic administration skills.


• Must be willing on work on Saturdays and public holidays.
