Position Overview:



  • The Supply Chain Manager will play a key role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations to support the company's growth and customer satisfaction goals.

  • You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting.

  • This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive procurement initiatives to meet procurement demands

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and service levels across the network.

  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiations to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Oversee inventory planning and management to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and carrying costs while meeting customer demand.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as process optimization, automation, and supply chain innovation.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and technology teams, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and priorities.

  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive operational improvements and cost savings.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices in supply chain management.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance sustainability and social responsibility within the supply chain, such as reducing waste, carbon emissions, and promoting ethical sourcing practices.

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster professional growth and career development.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related roles, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of success in driving operational improvements, cost savings, and customer satisfaction through supply chain optimization initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.

  • Proficiency in supply chain management tools and technologies, such as ERP systems, demand planning software, and data analytics platforms.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a high level of adaptability, resilience, and resourcefulness.

  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is a plus.
