  • Developing brand strategies to enhance the brand’s visibility and increase market share.

  • Developing brand strategies based on client’s brief and objectives.

  • Coordinating ideation and brainstorming sessions both for the organisation and for client briefs.

  • Developing brand positioning and architecture strategies and documents.

  • Developing Go-to-Market strategy documents.

  • Conducting market research to generate insights into the organisation’s sector, brand strength and SWOT analysis for better brand        positioning for the brand and clients.

  • Carrying out periodic competitive analysis with recommendations to improve the organisation’s brand positioning and market share for the brand and clients.

  • Collaborating with other team members: client services, campaign manager, creative team etc to develop robust pitch decks and strategy documents which effectively interpret client’s briefs.

  • Present strategies and insights to clients as required.

  • Present strategies and insights within the organisation as required.

  • Provide periodic trend analysis to the organisation and its clients to showcase news trends in marketing and advertising.

  • Coordinate periodic surveys and Focus Group Discussions to gain insights into consumer behaviour and expectations and analyse the feedback for corporate decision-making for both the organisation and its clients.

  • Analyse and interpret various data sets to aid corporate decision-making for both the organisation and clients.

  • Other ad-hoc activities which may arise during business activities


Requirements

EDUCATION



  • First degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any other related social science course.

  • Relevant certifications and professional memberships will be an added advantage.


EXPERIENCE



  • 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing/advertising agency

  • Verifiable evidence of brand strategy competencies

  • Sound understanding of advertising strategy

  • At least 3 years in brand strategy or management role

  • Social Media and digital marketing know-how


CORE COMPETENCIES



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong data analytics skills

  • Ability to forecast based on current trends and insights

  • Strong research skills

  • Strategic thinking and planning

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to use MS Suite efficiently (PPT, Excel etc)

  • Ability to collaborate well within a team

  • Good understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
