JOB OVERVIEW:



  • The Tech HR Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities for the Tech unit in the company.

  • The Tech HRBP will be responsible for working with our technology department and business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company goals and objectives.

  • The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology industry and its unique talent needs.


JOB DESCRIPTION:



  •  Business Partnering

  • Partner with the CTO, CPO Tech and Product team leads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives

  • Conduct regular assessments of the company Tech talent to identify skill gaps and development opportunities

  • Coordinate performance management for the Tech team

  • Design and implement Learning and Development programs that support the ongoing growth and development of the company’s talent

  • Collaborate with the Tech team leads to understand their talent needs and develop a strategy that supports the business objectives

  • Provide coaching and guidance to Tech team leads on employee-related matters, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of People Ops programs and initiatives

  • Act as both a strategic and operational HR Partner to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle of the Tech team, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding for the Tech team

  • Ensure compliance with People Ops policies, procedures within the Tech team  Handle all employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions for the Tech team

  • Support the People Ops team in developing organizational guidelines and procedures

  • Partner with the Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and compliance with all relevant legislations

  • Develop and manage employee engagement/wellness programs for the Tech team

  • Work closely with the central People Ops team to create and maintain a positive company culture

  • Conduct exit interviews and develop strategies to improve employee retention


RECRUITMENT


What You Will Be Doing



  • Write and post job descriptions

  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms

  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ competencies

  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

  • Oversee the graduate trainee program for the tech team end-to-end

  • Manage assessment platform and ensure optimization

  • Provide recruitment report indicating the various recruitment platform

  • Coordinate with Team leads to forecast and document justification of hiring needs

  • Craft and send personalized recruiting messages for current job openings

  • Participate in careers fairs and meetups for targeted candidate pipeline

  • Manage internal mobility requests and implementation

  • Keep up-to-date with new HR trends internal adoption

  • Promoting positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Gathering and analyzing candidate feedback


ROLE REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role

  • Experience working in the technology industry

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology industry trends and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Ability to build strong relationships with business and technology leaders

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve goals

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
