• Our client is a leading Investment Management Group in Africa with business focus in Private Equity and Asset Management.

• The Investment Officer will be involved in providing leadership across all aspects of the investment process. She/ He works with other senior members of the firm to prepare the deals for the investment committee and effectively liaises with key stakeholders.

Desired Requirements

• Preferred Graduate Degree In Business Or Finance.


• 8+ years of relevant experience including at least 3 years’ experience from a reputable private equity firm with an existing track record.


• Solid track record in deal origination, structuring, due diligence, risk analysis, portfolio management and exits.


• Has successfully played a key role in raising and managing multi-million-dollar PE funds.


• Implemented rigorous due diligence processes and risk assessment frameworks to ensure investment viability and minimize potential downside risks.


• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams.


• Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytical skills and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively.


• Comfortable leading initiatives as well as working well in a collaborative team environment.


• High degree of integrity and personal and professional ethics


• Desire to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization.


• Proficiency in French is highly desired.
