Responsibilities


Market Research:



  • Conduct thorough market research to identify commercial opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients.

  • Assess the competitive landscape and industry developments.


Strategic Planning:



  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Identify and prioritize target markets and industries.


Client Acquisition:



  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new commercial clients, expanding the company's market presence through networking and relationship-building.

  • Present company's products/services to prospective clients and effectively communicate value propositions.


Market Expansion: 



  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop strategies to penetrate new sectors and regions.

  • Identify and explore opportunities to enter new markets, working to diversify the company's commercial portfolio.


Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.


Sales and Revenue Generation:



  • Achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and client acquisition.

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet business objectives.


Proposal Development: 



  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business ventures.


Cross-functional Collaboration: 



  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of services.


Qualifications



  • BSc / MSc in Marketing, Sales or other Business Management Related roles

  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in Tech Sales, B2B sales in a Tech or Real Estate company is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience in commercial business development, with a successful track record in achieving sales targets.

  • Previous responsibility for generating own leads and managing complete sales cycle.

  • Demonstrable and quantifiable successes and track record in securing new business (B2B or B2C).

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Word).

  • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior.


Must have skills



  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

  • Results-driven with a strategic mindset and strong business
