Responsibilities

• Analysis of all baseline requirements documentation


• Perform GAP analysis on requirements


• Perform Risk analysis


• Test effort estimation/resource scheduling


• Develop Master Test Plan


• Develop Test Plan for each identified level of testing


• Create Test Cases


• Identify and escalate risk issues


• Defects testing


• Ensure key functionalities still functions correctly after remediation of the system and the introduction of enhancements


• Ensure functional requirements are met


• Ensure non-functional requirements are met


• Validate structural stability of AUT (Application under test)


• Validate rules are set according to business requirements


• Ensure interoperability of AUT with all other specified software/application systems


• Expose interaction faults between AUT and sub system

Qualifications

• B.Sc / BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with 3-5 years experience


• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role


• Experience in project management and QA methodology


• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus


• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors


• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Postman collection, Zephyr, JMeter)


• Excellent communication skills


• Attention to detail


• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude


• Strong organizational skills.
