Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant Supervisor to support our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Assistant Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient workflow.


• This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse operations.


• Coordinate and assign tasks to warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of work.


• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.


• Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.


• Train new warehouse employees on proper procedures and safety protocols.


• Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise among warehouse staff.


• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the movement of goods and materials.


• Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.


• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.

Requirements

• Interested candidate should possess an NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years experience.


• Preferably Male Gender
