Job Summary

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP &A Analyst) is responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the organisation. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, analysing financial results, creating financial reports and presentations, and providing guidance to the QSR organisation on financial planning and analysis matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support the organisation in the planning and analysis of financial results.


• Analyse financial results and make recommendations to improve profitability and reduce costs.


• Create financial reports and presentations for senior management.


• Provide guidance and advice to the QSR organisation on financial planning and analysis matters.


• Monitor and analyse financial trends and provide insights to the QSR organisation.


• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.


• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.


• Support the QSR organisation in meeting its financial goals and objectives.


• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting techniques.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary

N400,000- N600,000.
