Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Attend meetings, take notes, and document next steps. Create project plans and ensure next steps are clearly communicated and completed upon starting.
Project management: Manages to-do list for ED and helps offload tasks not required by ED.
Take over the scheduling of all meetings and appointments
Take over the management of calendar and email – including inbox processing, drafting emails, tracking follow-ups, scheduling meetings, optimizing my calendar for best workflows, etc.
Support in the creation of presentations for upcoming events including by conducting research, providing talking points.
Create a file management system to organize all official documents, prepare reports,
and maintain accurate records for the Chairman's office.
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism and confidentiality.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
