Roles / Responsibilities



  • Ensuring all Payroll transactions are processed efficiently.

  • Payment of Statutory Deductions and Calculations.

  • Preparation of Credit and Debit Note.

  • Preparation of Pay Slips.

  • Creating and Processing Invoices.

  • Cross-checking Invoices with Payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.

  • Managing theCompany’s Accounts payable and receivables.

  • Sending bills and invoices to clients.

  • Tracking organization expenses.

  • Processing refunds.

  • Resolving payroll discrepancies.


Qualifications and Experience



  • BSc / HND in Accounting.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in account management with a reputable firm

  • Should stay in close proximity to the Ikota complex. VGC Lekki, Lagos
