Roles / Responsibilities
- Ensuring all Payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Payment of Statutory Deductions and Calculations.
- Preparation of Credit and Debit Note.
- Preparation of Pay Slips.
- Creating and Processing Invoices.
- Cross-checking Invoices with Payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Managing theCompany’s Accounts payable and receivables.
- Sending bills and invoices to clients.
- Tracking organization expenses.
- Processing refunds.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies.
Qualifications and Experience
- BSc / HND in Accounting.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in account management with a reputable firm
- Should stay in close proximity to the Ikota complex. VGC Lekki, Lagos
