  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a courteous and timely manner. Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material

  • Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer service. This includes; customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to development and customer satisfaction of the company and work with the team to strategically execute main goals which is growth.

  • Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk.

  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and inquiries in our CRM system.

  • Stay knowledgeable- about products/services, pricing and company policies to provide accurate information.

  • Collect, monitor, Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.

  • Uphold our company's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / NCE qualification.

  • Strong problem - solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent time management and

  • organizational skills.

  • proficiency in using Microsoft office suite

  • Proven Experience as a customer service representative
