Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer service. This includes; customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and inquiries in our CRM system.
Stay knowledgeable- about products/services, pricing and company policies to provide accurate information.
Collect, monitor, Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.

Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / NCE qualification.
Strong problem - solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent time management and
organizational skills.
