Drive supply chain costs, budget and financial metrics to optimise for cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.
Leverage technology and supply chain management systems to improve efficiency, visibility, and automation within the supply chain.
Candidate requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
10 - 12 years experience in Supply Chain or Logistics leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction in large scale FMCG e-commerce
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive digital transformation and innovation in logistics
Knowledge of financial acumen, including supply chain costs, budgeting, and financial metrics
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Expertise in supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and related technology solutions
