Responsibilities

• Evaluate and report threat assessments on all security issues and activities to the Chief Security Officer (CSO).


• Supervise and oversee security functions in an organization.


• Train and schedule programs and functions to security personnel.


• Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security personnel.


• Provide security to office staff, buildings and properties.


• Screen visitors before allowing them to enter the premises.


• Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition.


• Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.


• Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.


• Report and investigate occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations


• Conduct regular floor patrols and crowd control.


• Maintain computer records of all actions in a Daily Activity Report.

Education and Qualifications

• Personal Leadership Skills, Time Management, Relationship and Team building, Interpersonal, Problem Solving, Initiative and Decision-Making Skill Essential.


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related job.


• SQL database management with at least two years’ experience managing and configuring large database-driven systems, Windows Server Management, Networking, Familiarity with Lenel On-guard system Administration and server.
