Job Summary


We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing business strategies. 


Core Responsibilities


The Business Development Executive will be responsible for



  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

  2. Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for business

  3. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth

  4. Developing and implementing sales strategies.

  5. Managing existing client relationships.

  6. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients

  7. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems

  8. He or she will work closely with the direct sales agents to ensure that all goals are met or exceeded.

  9. Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the new business as a whole

  10. Developing rapport with key descision makers

  11. Translating proposals into ready to sign contract


Key Requirements:



  1. Minimum of three years of experience in business development.

  2. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  3. Deep understanding of the industry and current market trends.


Preferred skills and qualifications



  1. HND/Bachelor's Degree

  2. International and local business experience

  3. Basic knowledge of accounting

  4. Igbo origin or intermediate fluency in igbo

  5. Lives around Igando and its axis
