  • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, ensuring a positive experience for our patients, and providing administrative support.


Responsibilities



  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Register patients by verifying and entering demographic information.

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.

  • Provide information to patients regarding services, appointment details, and general inquiries.

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

  • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology is an added advantage.
