Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervising clerical staff and other employees.
- Writing, editing and drafting contracts, agreements and other documents
- Making applications and monitoring the progress of already existing applications
- Designing work schedules and organizing employee training.
- Resolving employee and client issues.
- Ensuring the work facility is safe, free of security issues and in compliance with all government regulations.
- Working with clients to maintain necessary business relationships.
- Maintaining a good working relationship with executives and other managers.
- Designing and implementing procedures to improve profitability.
- Executing other jobs as may be assigned by the management
Skills and qualifications
Education and Experience:
- This position needs someone with a First Degree in Law and with one to five years’ work experience in private sector
