Location: Asese, Ogun State, Nigeria


As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's inventory, warehouse, and logistics functions to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Responsibilities:



  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.

  • Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods, optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization.

  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage, obsolescence, and stockouts.

  • Coordinate with production, sales, and procurement teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs.

  • Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Utilize inventory management software to track inventory movements, monitor stock levels, and generate reports for management review.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in warehouse operations, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications/Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles, warehouse management systems, and logistics processes.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize inventory levels and warehouse operations.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
