Job Duties

• Capturing high-quality, captivating images of shortlets (3 days a week)


• Taking 360 pictures of the shortlet apartment and capturing all the angles


• Editing and retouching photos to meet the highest standards of quality


• Maintaining and managing photography equipment


• Timely submission of photos to appropriate persons within the organization


• Managing photography sessions

Qualifications

• A Degree or certification in Photography or related field preferred


• A minimum of 4years of relevant experience in photography with atleast 2 years in real estate sector


• Thorough knowledge of handling and managing photography equipment


• Knowledge of photography techniques and photo editing software (photoshop, Lightroom, etc)


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team


• Strong attention to details and a commitment to delivering high-quality results


• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules


• Ability to stand or crouch for hours during photoshoots.
