Key Roles



  • We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Sales professional who will deploy strategies to obtain sales leads and develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention.


Job Description.



  • Sales persons with at least 3 years of experience managing products in FMCG, Telecoms, Pharmaceuticals etc. 

  • Applicant must have managed at least a significant sales region or product in  Nigeria. ( Is a Must)

  • Act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

  • Successful candidate will Promote and sell Company’s products and services that match with the needs and requirements of customers.

  • Build and maintain positive and long-term relationship with new and existing clients.

  • Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the business plan

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about competitors and industry development

  • Promoting the company’s products by identifying and engaging potential and existing client


Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:



  • Must have the drive and capability to meet and beat challenging targets;

  • Possessing a Telecoms / Information Technology solution sales background will be an added advantage

  • Strong relationship and team-building skills; experience in dealing with corporate and government

  • Entrepreneurial drive;

  • Delivering results - absolute focus to deliver under pressure in an ever-changing business environment;

  • Putting customers first – understand the needs, expectations, and requirements of stakeholders;

  • Communicating for impact - effective communication with senior stakeholders inside and outside of the company;

  • Making a personal difference - strong influencing skills and responsive Technical / Professional Expertise;

  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communication;

  • Strong presentation skills required, including experience in presenting and influencing senior audiences.


Requirements



  • The job holder must have a 2:1 in Business Administration, Management, Applied or Social Science discipline.

  • At least Five years of cognate experience in product sales
