Responsibilities



  • Manage CEO's diary and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Follow up on appointments and tasks.

  • Organise meetings and manage databases.

  • Organise company events and conferences.

  • Handle requests, correspondence, complaints and queries appropriately.

  • Prepare letters, presentations and reports.

  • Assist with flight booking, ground logistics, accommodation, and all other arrangements

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as may be assigned.


Requirements



  • HND / B.Sc from a reputable institution

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role

  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

  • Tenacity and Emotional maturity.

  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent report writing skill

  • Proficiency in MS/Google Office Suite packages

  • Proficience with online work scheduling tools
