Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with proficiency in MS Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, to join our team.


• The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.


• The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, a solid understanding of data analysis techniques, and the ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively using Excel and other tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


• Perform data analysis using Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.


• Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports to visualize and communicate key findings and trends.


• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights to support business objectives and decision-making processes.


• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data and provide recommendations for process improvements or corrective actions.


• Provide training and support to colleagues on data analysis techniques, Excel functions, and data visualization tools.


• Participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions to share insights and findings with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Social Science or a related field.


• 1-2 years proven experience in same or similar role.


• Strong MS Excel skill (ability to use Vlookup function) is a must.


• Good affinity for numbers.
