Job Summary 


As the Talent Development Officer, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills, competencies, and capabilities of employees at the Organization. 


Responsibilities



  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across various levels and departments within the organization.

  • Analyze performance metrics, employee feedback, and organizational objectives to determine priority areas for talent development initiatives.

  • Develop and customize learning and development programs, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training, to address identified training needs.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning materials, resources, and content that facilitate skill acquisition and knowledge transfer.

  • Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of training programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with participants' availability and organizational priorities.


Requirements



  • BSC/HND in Human  Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related field, with a solid understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.


Salary: N180, 000 - N250, 000
