Job Overview

• We are seeking highly skilled and motivated personnel to join our Technical Crew. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction and technical expertise in various aspects of the building process.


• The Technical crew personnel will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects by contributing their technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the construction team to execute various tasks according to project specifications and deadlines.


• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by ensuring all necessary equipment, materials, and tools are available and in working order.


• Perform technical tasks such as layout, framing, concrete work, and finishing work under the supervision of the project supervisor/manager or Technical officer.


• Operate construction machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.


• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to carry out tasks accurately.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.


• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site to ensure efficiency and safety.


• Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions to keep construction projects on track.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in construction is preferred.


• Trade Test Certification in Carpentry, Masonry, or other allied construction trade.


• 2-3 years of experience working in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.


• Physical stamina and endurance to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.


• Must be able to communicate in English.


• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and environments.
