Role Description:



  • Novarick Homes and Properties Limited is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Manager to join our team.

  • The Human Resources Business Manager will play a pivotal role in managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, developing succession plans, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations.

  • Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess experience in project management and business development to contribute to the strategic growth of our company.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

  • Manage office administrative duties, making sure the office runs smoothly and within budget

  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for various roles within the organization.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.

  • Design and execute succession planning strategies to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.

  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and talent management initiatives.

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.

  • Drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth and contributing to the company's overall strategic objectives.

  • Represent the company in external HR-related events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Experience in project management and business development is highly desirable.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving organizational objectives.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software applications.

  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
