Novarick Homes and Properties Limited is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Manager to join our team.
The Human Resources Business Manager will play a pivotal role in managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, developing succession plans, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess experience in project management and business development to contribute to the strategic growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Manage office administrative duties, making sure the office runs smoothly and within budget
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for various roles within the organization.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
Design and execute succession planning strategies to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and talent management initiatives.
Serve as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
Drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth and contributing to the company's overall strategic objectives.
Represent the company in external HR-related events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Experience in project management and business development is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving organizational objectives.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software applications.
Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
