Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated Field Onboarding Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients in the field. This includes conducting orientation sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition for clients.


• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients in the field.


• Provide support to ensure clients understand our products/services.


• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.


• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns.


• Track and report on client progress and feedback.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree with at least 1 year experience.
