Duties / Responsibilities



  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team to consistently create and deliver exceptional dishes

  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating

  • Develop innovative menus

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality

  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute special events, promotions, and menu tastings to enhance the guest experience


Skills / Requirements



  • Culinary Degree or equivalent certification is an advantage

  • Not less than 5 years proven track record of success as a Head Chef in a luxury or 5-star restaurant/cafe setting.

  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in menu development,

  • A strong understanding of flavor profiles, culinary techniques, and presentation.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and industry best practices.

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the café.
