DUTIES:

• Cover, write, and document Institute events and stories for Radio IITA including live reporting.


• Handle news broadcasting and interviewing for Radio IITA.


• Produce news programs and news regularly.


• Assist in documenting on-air productions, prepare and write news features.


• Perform monthly web/blog and news stories.


• Promote Radio IITA and its programs through social media posts and other online platforms.


• Perform any other job-related task as may be assigned by the Supervisors

QUALIFICATION:                        

• BSc/HND in Mass Communication or related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.

COMPETENCIES:

The ideal candidate must:

• Have excellent interpersonal, multi-tasking and communication skills.


• Have the ability to work with little or no supervision.
