As a Cook at our hotel, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality meals for our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared according to our standards and that food safety regulations followed.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including local and international cuisines, according to recipes and guest preferences.
Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
