This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the National Sales Manager located in Oyo State, Nigeria.
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the NSM’s daily schedule, prioritizing tasks, making travel arrangements, coordinating events, handling correspondence, conducting research, and other administrative support duties as assigned.
Taking minutes of meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or HND
3-4 years of experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant or related field
Excellent typing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer technology including Microsoft Office with important reference to Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
Project management experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
