Job Summary



  • As the Business Development Manager, your main objective will be to maximize the potential of key accounts, fostering consistent and strong revenue growth.

  • A pivotal aspect of your role will involve coordinating and overseeing the Sales team, to achieve tangible results and elevate performance management across the board.


Key Responsibilities



  • Enhancing the performance of key accounts to achieve consistent revenue growth.

  • Coordinating and overseeing the Sales team to drive results and manage performance effectively.

  • Securing strategic partner accounts to support business expansion initiatives.

  • Establishing sales targets aligned with overall business objectives for the team.

  • Conducting trade visits for coaching and market insights a minimum of 8 times per month.

  • Developing and optimizing the distribution network to enhance Net Numeric Distribution.

  • Taking responsibility for trade investments to ensure desired business return on investment.

  • Delivering weekly performance presentations to Sales Managers or Management for informed decision-making.


Requirements



  • A Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc/BA) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

  • At least 6 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with a preference for candidates with a strong understanding of Modern Trade, Distribution, and Open Market channels.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and insights, with strong numerical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office suites for presentations and reporting purposes.
