Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Growth at Hadi Finance (Baobab 2023) located in Abuja.


• The Head of Growth will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks related to growth marketing, customer acquisition, growth hacking, sales, and business development. This role will be based in Abuja but will allow for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Growth Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and Growth Hacking skills


• 8+ years work experience


• Proven experience managing country wide growth strategies


• Sales and Business Development skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to build, lead and manage a team


• Experience in the financial industry is a requirement


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
