  • We are seeking a very smart and active Representative who understands Modern Trade to join our team

  • As a Smart & Active Trade Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts in various modern trade segments, including supermarkets, restaurants, clubs, and lounges.

  • Your role is crucial in driving sales, increasing brand visibility, and fostering partnerships within these dynamic sectors.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to penetrate and expand market share within supermarkets, restaurants, clubs, lounges, and other modern trade outlets.

  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with key accounts to drive mutual business growth.

  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Provide regular insights, reports, and feedback to management on market performance, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Continuously seek ways to enhance customer experience and satisfaction, ensuring long-term loyalty and partnership.


Requirements



  • HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.

  • Proven track record of success in Hospitality

  • In-depth understanding of various modern trade segments, including supermarkets, restaurants, clubs, and lounges.

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets and objectives.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions.
