Job Description

• We are seeking highly skilled Business Analysts at both Senior Analyst and Associate levels to join our team.


• As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects and client engagements.


• You will work closely with clients, providing expert insights, conducting in-depth analyses, and delivering strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand their strategic objectives and operational challenges.


• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client businesses, markets, and competitive landscapes.


• Develop tailored solutions and strategies to address client needs and achieve desired outcomes.


• Drive data-driven decision-making through rigorous analysis and interpretation of findings.


• Provide thought leadership and industry expertise to inform client strategies and tactics.


• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.


• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering guidance on business-critical initiatives and decisions.


• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance client value and drive business impact.


• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on strategic objectives, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.


• Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.


• Utilize project management methodologies to identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain project momentum and quality.


• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to optimize project performance and enhance client value.

Qualifications

Proven experience, exposure, and track record relevant to the role, as evidenced by:

• 3+ years (Snr. Analyst) and 5+ Years (Associate) of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a related role.


• Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Proven track record of managing projects and client engagements.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.


• Experience working with startups or in the investment banking sector is a plus.
